Every dish on the menu reflects the sun-drenched, coconut-scented kitchens of the island, from the fiery depth of a devilled curry to the gentle comfort of string hoppers soaked in coconut milk.

- Koththu Sri Lanka's rhythmic street dish, chopped roti with vegetables, egg and your choice of protein on a screaming hot griddle.
- Rice & Curry Fluffy rice loaded with rotating curries, dhal, coconut sambol and papadum. The heart of the Sri Lankan table.
- String Hoppers Steamed rice-flour noodle patties, light and delicate, built for soaking up rich curry and coconut milk.
- Devilled Dishes Bold, fiery wok-tossed dishes with capsicum, chilli and a punchy tomato sauce. Available in chicken, beef, pork and squid.
- Nasi Goreng Wok-tossed rice with aromatic Sri Lankan spices, fresh vegetables and a choice of protein. A crowd-pleasing favourite.
- Lamprais A banana-leaf parcel of rice, mixed meat curry and Dutch Burgher-inspired sambols, prepared slowly with genuine care.
